This is a good question. We will post our updated schedule on socials each week, but our one tried-and-true mainstay is the Franklin Farmer's Market each Saturday from 8am - 12pm.
Our head chef Max typically charts our Menus out from a Latin perspective, and we play around and incorporate pops of flavor from different styles in there. On most shifts, we will try and make sure there are Rice Bowls and Burritos or Tacos.
We love the name because it intersects with so many things for us. Mesa is Spanish for "table" and Moto is the Japanese word for "origin." And that's how this whole business started - a bunch of friends sitting around the table and dreaming on what we could make this. And it's not just an homage to the type of food we serve, but our whole business is about hospitality and sharing fellowship with people. So, when Mesa Moto is at your event, we're driving that table fellowship to you.
It's just more fun. Don't deny that- you know it's true.
Good question, hypothetical person! Hopefully, we can streamline that - but we are a small-business with rotating menus. So, just ask us!
As far as dietary restrictions, we do all we can to ensure there are options on every shift we serve to accommodate GF, DF, Keto-Friendly, Vegetarian and Vegan.
Every private event is it's own delicate snow flake unique thing. Typically, we will come and serve for 2-3 hours with a little bit more restrained of a Menu (around 3-4 Entrees), and our minimum guarantee is generally $1,200.
Now, like I said, we are a small-business and don't just plop in the details into a formulaic system. We quote each event individually, and we want to be a good partner, deliver more value than you are paying for, and make it where you want to book with us again.
