You may not ever see him, so we wanted him to be first. Wherever our truck is at, he is somewhere scurrying about somewhere else, ensuring our business can withstand the inevitable collapse of our precarious world banking system.

Is he the person that responds to your dm's, emails, and phone calls? Yes he is. Should he be *better* about being on-top of all of these efforts? Yes, yes he should. He is typing this right now to try and spark that accountability in his life. He's also the reason our team gets surprise candy in the kitchen and why we busted Corey's oldest out of school early and went to see Jurassic Park at the Belcourt.

look at him. just look how steady he looks in this team prayer time right here. whether the day is hard or easy, keith steps in, does the work (*whispers* that the rest of us might not be disciplined enough to do each week), and makes us better. he also has a wood shop that he desperately wants to use more. reach out. have him make you something!
executive chef. head honcho. the food buck stops with him. he's bringing his puerto rican sensibilities to our menus, and pulling through some unexpected finishes with it. he is like a brother for everybody on our team - in the sense that the more he can critique you really just means he loves you. just a big softie under that mustachioed shell.
what do you want, corey can do it. you want an authentic indian dinner? done. you want a country-western song about burnt croutons? done. you want to go on a hypothetical voyage of self-discovery and exploration? he can do that.
literally. he can do anything and we love him.
i specifically said "wizard" because ryan *is* a massive nerd. but he's the nerd that we need. he makes the kitchen go - from scheduling to minor repairs to figuring out where our operations gaps are.
legit, ryan adds skills each year, and has the know-how to make anything successful. If only he could figure out how to beat mitchell in wingspan or a march madness bracket, he'd be set!
